Shipping Charges
When you add an item to cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight, mode of shipping and destination.
Shipping Charges:
FREE For Order Value ₹ 499 or above
₹30 Flat for order value less than ₹ 499
Order Delivery Time:
For Metro Cities 3 to 5 days
For Non-Metro Cities 4 to 7 days
For Remote locations, it may take up to 10-12 days
Delivery Timings
Orders received before 11:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Orders placed after Fridays 11:00 AM will be dispatched only on the following Mondays.
We prioritize every order & work to arrange the delivery within turnaround time.
However, we may not cover delivery delays due to a.) Customer unavailability b.) given address is not valid/wrong/incomplete c) delay in delivery due to weather condition or natural disaster.
Please note that our Shipping partners may not deliver Merlion Naturals orders on Saturday or Sundays.

It has come to our notice that the Customs Department in Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica and Czech Republic may have
begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at Merlion Naturals work according to customs clearance departments of
different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have
to be borne by the customer.
